Senior Executive - Sales (FMCG)

ROLE SUMMARY:
To expand and manage Nimbus Bazar's franchise network by identifying suitable locations, onboarding new franchise partners, and ensuring the smooth operation of franchise outlets while also developing sales through Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers (HORECA), institutions, and corporate customers. The role focuses on driving sales growth, maintaining operational excellence, ensuring product availability, implementing merchandising and branding standards, training franchise teams, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve business objectives 

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Expand and manage Nimbus Bazar’s franchise network by identifying suitable locations and onboarding new franchise partners.
  2. Identify, approach, and onboard new franchise partners in targeted markets.
  3. Develop business with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, schools, hospitals, and corporate institutions (HORECA & Institutional Sales).
  4. Regularly visit franchise outlets to monitor performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
  5. Ensure consistent implementation of visual merchandising, pricing, promotional, and branding standards.
  6. Train franchise owners and teams on store operations, product knowledge, POS systems, and company SOPs.
  7. Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  8. Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure franchise and HORECA operations effectively support overall business objectives.


QUALIFICATION

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is mandatory.
  2. 2–3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in sales, franchise management, business development, or HORECA/institutional sales.
  3. Strong understanding of FMCG sales, distribution, retail operations, and franchise business management.
  4. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with franchise partners, HORECA customers, and institutional clients.
  5. Good communication, negotiation, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to conduct regular field visits and effectively monitor franchise outlet performance.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS systems and basic sales reporting.
  8. Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly for field and franchise visits.
